Windows 7 Speech Recognition

I'm using windows sevens speech recognition feature and JAWS 12. It works pretty well, but I'm having trouble in one area. When I correct a word, I can't access the list of possibilities speech recognition provides. Is this a conflict between speech recognition and screen reader, or am I just missing something?
